Living the dream on a tiny farm in rural setting in an ever encroaching city. Keeping the country feel on our tiny farm (1 acre). Yes, 1 acre. We are raising Registered Pure Bred Nubian goats and a few Reg. Nigerian's too.

We are proud to brag about our kids 4H projects that have us scrambling everyday to get all the to-do's done.

That's how it all started... our, the kids, county 4H projects.

Why We Raise Animals

We have raised many kinds of animals for many meat purposes. Everyone that has had farm raised products knows the difference and we know where it comes from. But we didn't just say to each other "honey,  let's move to the country and live off the land." Chris and I were raised this way. We both grew up on farms and animals are what we like. We are a very normal well rounded family with real jobs and lots of interests.

Goats- that what we do! After going through the gamit of animals the goats always come out on top! If you asked us 10 years ago what animal we really loved, I promise goat was at the bottom!

It's only because we had a friend that was relocating to the coast and needed a home for his 3 nubian does. That changed everything.

GOATS FOR SALE

We have kidded all the babies this year and have many for sale, 14 to be exact, 6 does, 8 bucks or wethers. Every goat is registered and responsibly bred. The nubian does came from great milking lines. We show them too at local ADGA shows. All our does are 2 years old and this is their 1st freshing (having babies). The nigerians come from show and milking lines as well.
