Each year we will send in blood samples for CAE. Because we show our animals at local fairs and ADGA shows we realize the potential of diseases. In 2009 we tested for CL with our CAE annual testing. Results were negative on the herd. Because of the cost we do not plan to test for CL every year unless we find a suspicious abscess.
Johne's Testing (NEG) was done in February of 2010. The paper says 2009 report but I assume that's only because we were late sending our samples in and it's a form letter.
If we use a buck other that our own we request the documents from that owner.
We will post our results annually for you to see that we are a responsible breeder.
If you have any questions please call.
Sincerely,
The Blankenship's
