Sweetie is a long level doe. Sweetie was a single doe at birth. Her dam had an high udder attachment and was smoothly blended. Her colorful pattern is always an eye catcher.

Country Pride Dimond X Country Pride Onyx
Picture at about 3-4 months old. She looks a little rumpy here but she's backed up to the barn where the ground was higher. Babies are hard to take good picture of :)
Stormy was retained last year because we had plans to sell her dam. I loved her dams milk able udder and the amount she gave. She, Dimond, just didn't like to be milked. Dimond moved after the kids were old enough and ended up milking threw with her new family. Maybe she just didn't like me :) Because of Dimonds dairy characteristics and generally did very well in the show ring we retained Stormy. Stormy has a very deep chest floor and very well roportioned. Stormy's brother, Snowflake, was sent to Idaho to sire a herd.

Country Pride Jewel X Country Pride Onyx
Picture Coming
Dusty is very nice doe as she is wide in the chest, deep barreled, and has very sweet face. Her dam. Jewel, is a very well put together doe that gets better with age. Usually our Sapphire takes champion status and at the 2009 4H fair she took Champion and Best of Breed. So we thought we should keep a doeling and see what happens. Dusty is the least trusting of the Jr. Doeling and we have a lot of work to gain her trust. She was a late baby in the summer and hay season was early, so we didn't get to spend enough time with her. Grain is the treat she loves and we are winning her over!
Winter of 2009- Doelings weren't sure what to make of the snow. Not alot of snow in WA at the 300 ft elevation.
In the barn at feeding time! Doeling are feed 2x a day alfalfa and Payback Boer Goat Developer. 2009 was the first year a grained with boer feed. They really took off and grew!
