Fair is fun and tiring...

 Chase was a Nigerian Buck we had owned.  He stood there for so long with his baby chick on his back I was able to run back to the house, grab the camera, rush back and click!!! 

I noticed that the Dairy Goat Journal put cute pictures on the last few pages of each magazine so I submitted this photo. It was published in the March/April 2008 magazine.

Third Place for both at 2009 WA State Fair!!!!

In our spare time in the winter we love to snowmobile at the near by mountains.

2008 Vet Science Award

Beth-Ann completed in 4H a record book, Vet science project, Educational Display (poster), and participated in both Area and County Public Presentations. Of all of those efforts she was able to submit eligibility for receiving this award. Our counties 4H Leaders Association gives out  a First, Second and Third place awards. Beth-Ann was the only member eligible for this award in our county. You can understand why it's so hard to even be eligible for the award. She was given a certificate and a check for $75!!! 

Mitchell was milking Jewel during state fair. When the kids milk in public it always draws a crowd. This is the best time to educate the public!!!! Mitchell, at 11 yrs here is a great public speaker. He speaks clearly and knows his goats!
